Pay Land Revenue online (e-Khajana) in Assam :
Land revenue, a tax for land ownership or usage, can now be paid online in Assam through the E-Khazana service. This digital platform simplifies and streamlines the payment process, offering convenience and efficiency.
Supporting Documents:
- Last land revenue receipt (For the first-time Khazana application).
Guideline: The size of documents to be uploaded at the time of application submission should not exceed 2 MB, and the format should be PDF/JPEG. No other format will be accepted.
Fees:
- Convenience fee – Rs. 10
To apply for the Next of Kin certificate online in Assam,follow these steps:
- Register or Connect RTPS Account: Access services on Sewa Setu by registering on the ePramaan portal or connecting your RTPS account with ePramaan.
- Visit the Official Website: Go to the official portal of the Government of Assam (Sewa Setu) at Click here.
- Navigate to the Services Section: Move the cursor to the Services tab and search for Revenue and Disaster Management.
- Look for the “e-Khajana” option and click on “Apply”.
- Read the guidelines and requirements on the next page and click on “Apply” again.
- Login or Register: When redirected to a new page, click on “Citizen” and then “Login/Registration.”
- Enter Mobile Number and Password: Select the Mobile tab on the login page. Enter your RTPS registered mobile number and password used in e-Pramaan Registration.
Note: Register with e-Pramaan: If you don’t have an e-Pramaan account yet, register with e-Pramaan using the RTPS linked mobile number [if not registered with RTPS before, use any phone number to register with ePramaan] by clicking the “Sign up for MeriPehchan” link.
- Sign In: Click on “Sign In.”
- Connect RTPS with Digilocker: If you wish to connect your RTPS account with Digilocker, click on “Proceed,” or you can skip by clicking on “Skip now.”
- Declare Aadhaar Holder Consent: Declare the Aadhaar holder consent terms and conditions. If you do not have Aadhaar, click on “I do not have Aadhaar” and complete the verification by entering your PAN details.
- Verify Aadhaar: Enter the Aadhaar number in the box and click on “Verify Aadhaar.” Enter the OTP and click on “Verify.” You will see a message saying “Aadhaar Authentication Successfully Done.
- Fill Land Details: Scroll down and click on “Next.” Fill in the Land Details by selecting District, Circle, and Village. After selecting Village, please select Patta Type, Patta No., and Pattadar Name. Click on “Add Land Details.” You will see your saved Land Details. Click on “Next.”
- Save Patta Details: Click on “Ok.” The message “Patta details successfully saved” will appear. Click on “Ok.”
- Fill Applicant Details: Fill in the Applicant Details carefully. Click on “Next.” Click on “Ok.” You will see the message “Applicant details saved successfully.” Click on “Ok”.
- Upload Document: Please upload the document (last khazana receipt). Click on “Next.” Click on “Ok.” You will see the message “Document added successfully.” Click on “Ok.”
- Preview and Accept Agreement: Preview the application carefully and accept the agreement.
- Complete Payment: Click on “Finished.” You will be redirected to the Assam eGrass payment page to complete the payment process. After completing the payment, you will get the acknowledgement slip. Stipulated time will be provided on the acknowledgement slip.
Track the Application:
- After submitting the application, you can track its status through the online portal using the application number provided on the acknowledgement slip.
- If the application is approved, you can view and make the payment of Land Revenue by clicking on “Make Payment” on the My Applications page.
- After completing the payment of Land Revenue, you will receive the receipt immediately.

E-Khajana application approved but no link for payment of khajana has been given…. How to pay khajana after dervered…
E-khajana application has been disposed by Mouzadar, but there is no link to make payment. How to make payment???
