Verifying tenants and paying guests is essential for landlords to ensure safety, prevent illegal activities, and protect property. This process reduces risks, complies with legal requirements, and fosters a secure, harmonious living environment.
Mandatory Documents for Verification :
– Proof of Occupation
– Photo of Tenant/PG
– ID Proof of Tenant/PG
– Signature of Tenant & Landlord
Note : Ensure all documents are uploaded in PDF, JPEG, JPG, or PNG format.
Application Process :
- Visit the Official Website
- – Go to the Assam Police Seva Setu official website. Click here to visit
- Register on the Portal
- – If you are a new user, register on the portal by providing the required details.
- – If you are an existing user, log in using your credentials.
- Access Verification Services
- – Scroll down and click on the “Tenant / PG Verification” tab.
- Fill in the Application Form
- – Input Your Own Details: Provide your name, permanent and present address, alternate contact number, and email ID.
- – Upload Documents: Upload your photograph, signature, and ID proof, then submit.
- – Add Property Details: Input property name and address, then submit.
- – Add Tenant/PG Details and Upload necessary documents such as proof of occupation, address proof, ID proof, photograph, and signature for each tenant/PG.
- Submit and Payment
- – After uploading all details, you will be redirected to the payment page. Pay the government fees using the payment gateway.
- Acknowledgement
- – Print or save the acknowledgement slip for future reference.
